Pride Health is hiring a Float Phlebotomist - Lab to support our client's healthcare team in Boca Raton, FL. This contract role runs for 28 weeks with a schedule of M-F 6am-4pm and Saturdays, totaling 40 hours per week, at locations in Boca Raton, FL 33433.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections. Travel between PSCs and offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and blood collections for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.
• Collect, label, process, and package clinical specimens.
• Verify patient identification, demographics, and required signatures.
• Maintain accurate records and specimen integrity.
• Follow HIPAA, safety, quality, and collection protocols.
• Provide professional patient care and excellent customer service.
• Travel between PSCs, physician offices, and assigned locations as needed.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
