Job summary

Qualifications

• California Pharmacist license is mandatory.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience.
• Pharmacy residency and BCPS certification preferred.
• Experience in oncology infusion centers is a plus.
• No new graduates, please.

Responsibilities
