Requirements include state registration, PTCB national certification, at least 1 year of experience, and prior retail pharmacy exposure.

Qualifications

• Must register with the state and be nationally certified with PTCB.
• 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Past retail pharmacy experience required.
• National Certification through any source required.
• BLS certification is preferred.
• Epic experience is highly valued.
