• Alternative is ASHP-accredited residency in pharmacy practice plus one year of pharmacist experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain efficient management controls in the Pharmacy Department.
• Prepare and dispense medications; assess clinical status of patients.
• Provide crucial drug information to the medical team and educate patients on their medications.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to optimize patient drug therapy.
