Job summary

HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital seeks a licensed hospital pharmacist to provide unit-based pharmaceutical care on the Main floor. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in a 431-bed setting, ensuring safe, efficient medication use and compliance with policies.

The role requires Florida licensure, active BLS, and prior hospital experience; business casual attire is expected, with policies to follow. Great exposure to Trauma and Stroke care available.

Qualifications

• FL Pharmacist License active and in good standing.
• Hospital experience preferred.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacy services on the hospital unit.
• Support trauma, stroke and surgical services as needed.
• Adhere to unit policies and guidelines with professional conduct.
