Job summary

Slate Healthcare is seeking a Travel Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Sitka, Alaska. You will ensure safe medication management, review prescriptions, counsel patients, and collaborate with healthcare teams while maintaining inventory and supporting quality initiatives.

The role requires a Pharm.D. degree, an active Alaska license, and BLS certification, with at least 2 years of hospital or ambulatory pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification required (BLS for Healthcare Providers).
• Pharm.D. degree and licensure as a registered pharmacist.
• Completion of a nationally recognized pharmacy residency program preferred.
• Unrestricted license as a registered pharmacist in Alaska.
• Two years of hospital and/or ambulatory clinic pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities
