Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Prefer 2 years experience in a hospital setting.
• Pharmacist licensure in state applying or eligibility for licensure via examination or reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provision of high quality pharmaceutical care to hospital patients.
• Involvement with drug distribution functions including order entry and IV admixture.
• Communicate with physicians and nurses to clarify orders and document interventions.
