Qualifications

• Must have State License to Apply.
• 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred.
• NYS Pharmacist License required.
• BCOP certification preferred.
• 2+ years experience in pharmacy required.
• Experience with sterile IV preparations is a must.
• Knowledge of USP 797/800 standards.
