  • Day Shift - 4 decentralized pharmacists, 2-3 clinical specialists, 1-2 central pharmacists with additional staff coming in throughout the day; ~3 techs in AM, 2 midshift, 3 evening
  • Night Shift - 1 overnight pharmacist + 1 overnight technician
• Patient Ratios - n/a
• Type of equipment - Pyxis, DoseEdge, C2 Safe
• EMR - Meditech, Vigilanz to supplement
