Responsibilities

• Ensure sterile compounding standards are followed in IV room.
• Operate Cerner and Omnicell dispensing systems.
• Interact with clinical teams for patient-specific pharmacotherapy.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Previous inpatient hospital pharmacy staffing experience required.
• License: Wisconsin Pharmacist License required; must be active at submission.

• Clinical Skills Required:

Must be comfortable supporting multiple hospital departments, including ICU, IMC, Emergency Department, Med/Surg, Cardiothoracic OR, Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, Central Pharmacy, and IV Room.

Submission Requirements & Restrictions

• Local Candidates: Within 80 miles of the facility receive a rate reduced by $8/hour.
• Previous Marshfield Employees: Must have been separated for at least 6 months before submission.
• Employment History: Must disclose any previous employment with Marshfield.
• Timekeeping: All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility.
• Cancellation Policy: Facility may cancel up to 12 hours per 13-week assignment.
