Qualifications

• Must hold current MO Pharmacist license.
• Minimum 6 months pharmacist experience preferred.
• Must have active MO license in good standing prior to submittal.

Responsibilities

• Refill Pyxis machines and prepare first doses.
• Perform IV sterile compounding and non-sterile compounding.
• Package UD medications and answer phones.
• Assist the pharmacist and refill code blue trays.
