Job summary

Stability Healthcare is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment in Wapato, Washington. The position runs 38 hours per week with 9-hour day shifts and is classified as a Travel Employment Type.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute physician’s prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality
• Organize the pharmacy to identify products quickly
• Maintain control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicines and monitor for expiration or deterioration
• Listen to customers to understand needs and provide information and advice
• Assist other medical services such as injections, blood pressure and temperature measurements
• Prepare medicine with correct dosages and materials for each patient
• Keep records of patient history and medications
• Stay informed on medical advancements by attending conferences and collaborating with healthcare professionals
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and procedures
