NurseStar Medical Partners LLC in Montana is seeking a licensed pharmacist for a 3-month+ ambulatory or inpatient assignment in pharmacy, starting as soon as cleared.

The position offers 5–8 hour shifts, Mon–Fri, with a 30-minute lunch and a weekly gross pay of $2,900–$3,100, plus benefits and travel reimbursement.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of clinical pharmacy experience in ambulatory or inpatient care.
• Pharmacist degree (PharmD or BS) from an accredited program.
• Active BLS certification; PGY-1 residency or equivalent preferred; immunization certification a plus.

Mansioni

• Screen patient charts to ensure medication orders align with chart notes, labs, vitals, and allergies.
• Process new medication orders and fill prescription orders as needed.
• Check filled prescription orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Educate patients on medication therapy and provide patient education.
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team and providers to ensure timely services.

Additional Details about the position

• Screen patient charts to ensure medication orders are aligned with the chart note as well as lab work, vitals, allergies, etc.
• Process new medication orders.
• Fill prescription orders when needed.
• Check filled prescription orders for accuracy.
• Educate patients on medication therapy.
• Provide patient education.
• Work in a collaborative fashion with the pharmacy team and providers to ensure timely and accurate pharmaceutical services.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Experience Required

• One (1) to three (3) years of clinical pharmacy experience in ambulatory or inpatient care.

Minimum Education

• Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an Accredited Pharmacy School Program

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS
• Completion of a PGY-1 residency or equivalent clinical experience preferred
• Certification in immunization delivery or other clinical pharmacy services (e.g., diabetes, asthma)

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT

• Any State/US Territory License
