Job summary

MD Staffing Services is seeking a qualified Pharmacist (PharmD) for a full-time opportunity in Agana Heights, Guam. The Pharmacist will support medication management, clinical consultations, and regulatory compliance in a federal healthcare setting.

In this in-person role, the successful candidate will dispense medications, perform MTM, and collaborate with doctors and nurses to ensure optimal patient care while maintaining all accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outpatient and inpatient pharmacy experience, including ICU, Med/Surg, NICU, Pediatric, and sterile compounding.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Graduate of ACPE-accredited college or university.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted Pharmacist license.
• U.S. citizen; proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and accurate medication dispensing.
• Support comprehensive medication therapy management.
• Provide clinical pharmacy consultations.
• Perform patient assessment and medication review.
• Support inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain pharmacy documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and accurate medication dispensing
• Support comprehensive medication therapy management
• Provide clinical pharmacy consultations
• Perform patient assessment and medication review
• Support inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services
• Support pharmacy services across ICU, Med/Surg, NICU, and Pediatric settings
• Perform sterile compounding as required
• Maintain compliance with applicable pharmacy and regulatory standards

• Maintain accurate and timely pharmacy documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outpatient and inpatient pharmacy experience, including ICU, Med/Surg, NICU, Pediatric, and sterile compounding
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Graduate of a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Pharmacist
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers
• Must be physically capable of standing and/or sitting for extended periods and performing all services required under the contract
