TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Perioperative for a travel nursing job in Two Harbors, Minnesota. The role is a 13-week travel assignment with 32 hours per week and an 8-hour day shift, emphasizing preoperative care.

The Pre-Op Travel Nurse will administer pre-surgery medications, review admission documents, coordinate care, and develop a plan of care in collaboration with patients and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications required.
• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Implements and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
