Job summary

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Pediatric Stepdown Registered Nurse in Chicago, IL. This position is a 13-week assignment with a 4 x 12-hour Day shift (07:00 - 19:30) and a start date of 10/19/2026.

Two openings are available in a Children’s facility, using Meditech charting, with 39 beds and specific patient ratios. Pay ranges from $2,837 to $3,030 weekly, with comprehensive benefits, housing options or stipends, and paid time off as part of Aya’s staffing package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience required.
• PALS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience in pediatric stepdown/critical care preferred.
