Responsibilities include bedside care in the Pediatric unit, creating care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• MD RN license in Maryland or Compact licensure.
• 2+ years of pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the Pediatric unit.
• Create and update individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
