Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatric Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Richmond, Virginia.

Pediatric Floor Nurse responsibilities include assessments, medications, respiratory support, and oxygen therapy with potential float to PICU and Labor & Delivery Recovery units. Requires PALS, BLS, and a Pediatric specialty; 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts, and a 13-week travel assignment.

Qualifications

• Certified Pediatric Nurse.
• PALS and BLS certification required.
• 0+ years of experience in pediatric nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for pediatric patients, including assessments, medications, respiratory support, and oxygen therapy.
• May float to PICU to care for step-down patients and support Labor and Delivery Recovery Post-Partum units.
• Administer blood products, place nasogastric tubes, and assist with IV placement.
