Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Jackson, Mississippi. The position is 13 weeks long, with 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.

The ideal candidate has NBRC-RRT, BLS, ACLS, and at least 1 year of acute care experience. You will provide direct patient care, perform respiratory and cardiology procedures, and maintain records, ensuring safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of acute care experience required.
• NBRC-RRT, BLS, and ACLS required; PALS/NRP may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across clinical areas per guidelines.
• Perform respiratory and cardiology modalities and treatments.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Calibrate and maintain respiratory equipment; report malfunctions.
