Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Pediatric Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Boston, Massachusetts. The role involves direct patient care for pediatric patients, with 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week over 13 weeks.

The ideal candidate has NBRC-RRT, BLS, and ACLS certifications, plus at least 1 year of acute care experience; PALS/NRP may be required in some areas. This travel position requires physical stamina and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• NBRC-RRT, BLS, and ACLS required.
• PALS and NRP may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients per procedural guidelines.
• Administer respiratory and cardiology modalities as indicated.
• Maintain patient records and document care thoroughly.
• Inspect, clean, calibrate, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment.
• Respond to emergent respiratory needs and coordinate with team.
