Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience; Alaska physical therapist license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; inpatient experience; pediatric experience.

Responsibilities

• Use of adaptive equipment and patient/family education.
• Reassessments and discharge planning.
• Ensure safety and injury prevention; holidays coverage when required.
