Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires active state license to start assignment.
• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from accredited programs.
• Outpatient pediatric experience preferred.
• 1:1 treatment model used in care.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Document treatments using AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop and adjust treatment plans.
