Job Details

• Location: Grand Marais, Minnesota
• Minimum Experience: 0 years
• Schedule: Days, 36 hours per week, four 8-hour shifts and one 4-hour shift (36 Hrs/wk). Up to 1 weekend per month with a maximum of 4 hours on weekends.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Minnesota PT license; BLS (American Heart Association) certification; 2 years of Physical Therapist (PT) experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric focus experience (approximately 60% pediatrics, 40% adult); EMR proficiency with Meditech; ability to float between inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Additional Information: Critical access hospital in a remote location; provides inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care services; includes a 37-bed skilled nursing facility, ambulance service, and diagnostic and therapeutic services. Proper attire includes closed-toed shoes or tennis shoes, no hanging jewelry, and nail polish is permissible.
