American Traveler is seeking a Travel Pediatric Vascular Access RN for a 13-week assignment in Boston, MA. The role involves pediatric to adult vascular access, ultrasound-guided IV placement, and a rotating day/night schedule on 12-hour shifts.

Shifts include days, with weekends required, at a Magnet-designated hospital. Travel benefits, licensure reimbursement, and comprehensive insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required at time of application.
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric vascular access team experience required.
• Proficiency in ultrasound-guided IV placement and use of vein finder technology required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Work on the IV Therapy Vascular Access Team at an acute care hospital.
• Pediatric to adult patient population, including HemeOnc and ICU cases.
• Day/night rotation with 12-hour shifts starting at 7am, 11am, or 3pm.
• Weekend shifts are required.
• Floating between pediatric and adult populations as needed.
• Epic charting system is used.
