Job Summary:
A Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Float Nurse position is available for a healthcare professional in the pediatric critical care specialty. This role involves providing specialized nursing care across various units, including PICU, NICU, CICU, and acute care floors, on a floating basis. The assignment duration is 13 weeks, with shifts scheduled for 12 hours during nights, starting from 01/12/2027 through 04/24/2027.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-Hour Nights, 6:45 PM 7:15 AM, Minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BSN required; Colorado RN license required; a minimum of 2 years of Pediatric Critical Care experience; prior travel experience required; certifications include BLS, PALS (AHA), ACLS (AHA); location requirements and 1 year of pediatric critical care experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior float team experience; ICU experience related to critical care areas.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: These positions are for Critical Care Float Team RNs and therefore must have ICU experience. Medical and religious exemption requests from the seasonal influenza vaccination are allowed. A completed influenza exemption request form must be included in the submission package.

• Additional Notes: No December or Holiday RTO; no RTO approved within the first two weeks of the assignment; weekend requirement every third weekend; no on-call requirements.
