MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatrics ER - Emergency Room for a travel nursing job in Norfolk, Virginia.

The assignment is a 13-week travel contract with 36 hours per week, evenings shifts. Start date is 10/05/2026. Active RN license, accredited nursing degree, and BLS & ACLS certifications required; 18 months of recent Acute Care Transplant experience preferred. Compensation will reflect travel nursing rates.

Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS Certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Transplant setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients.
• Provide care to patients ranging from newborns to 18 years of age in Pediatric ER.
