Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Pediatric Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer with 2+ years experience scanning pediatric echocardiograms and expertise in complex congenital heart disease. This travel assignment in Charleston, South Carolina features 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

You will float between two campus locations, including a North Charleston clinic, and use GE ultrasound equipment with PACS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in pediatric echocardiography required.
• Registered Pediatric Sonographer (ARDMS) with PE certification (FE also, if applicable), or CCI with RCCS certification, required in hand at time of start.
• Proficient in scanning pediatric echocardiograms with extensive knowledge of complex congenital heart defects

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric echocardiograms and enter full diagnostic reports.
• Work with a patient population presenting complex congenital heart disease and defects
