Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Echo Technologist to join a 13-week assignment in Cincinnati, OH. The role emphasizes pediatric echocardiography with responsibilities across image acquisition, patient prep, and coordination with physicians.

The position requires at least 1 year of experience, BLS, and ARDMS/CCI certifications, and may require state licensing. Expect 40 hours/week, days shift, travel assignment with tax-free stipends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of echocardiography experience.
• Must have BLS and ARDMS/RDCS or CCI-RS certification.
• State-specific licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about procedures.
• Perform echocardiographic studies with quality Doppler and color imaging.
• Acquire stress echo and Dobutamine images per physician standards.
• Conduct transesophageal echocardiograms as required.
• Document findings and coordinate with reading physicians.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper cleaning and maintenance.
• Accurately maintain patient records and use PACS systems.
