Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Cardiac Sonographer for a 12-week assignment in Akron, Ohio. The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with on-call requirements and 40 hours per week. The echocardiography team performs pediatric and fetal exams and supports a busy cardiology service.

Candidates must hold pediatric echocardiography registration with ARDMS or RCCS, with 2+ years of pediatric cardiac ultrasound experience; fetal echocardiography is a plus. Epic experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pediatric echocardiography registration (ARDMS or RCCS) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric cardiac ultrasound experience.
• On-call duties may be required and Epic charting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms including pediatric and fetal studies.
• Coordinate with cardiology staff to determine appropriate exams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging in the EMR (Epic).
• Participate in on-call duties and potential facility float.
