Qualifications

• Certification, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and at least 1 year of experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and provide direct clinical care to patients on a per-shift basis.
• Supervise staff to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care in a 32-bed PCU unit with ICU and Stepdown responsibilities.
• Support facility leadership to ensure competency of clinical staff and efficient resource management related to patient care.
