Anders Group is seeking a Travel PCU Progressive Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in PLANO, TX. You will provide bedside nursing care in the PCU unit, develop care plans, and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current TX RN license or Compact RN license if eligible.
• 2+ years of PCU Progressive Care experience.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Additional unit certifications may be required.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the PCU Progressive Care unit.
• Create and update individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
