Anders Group is hiring a Travel PCU Progressive Care Registered Nurse (RN) in LANCASTER, OH for a 13-week assignment on a 3x12 night shift. This opportunity allows experienced PCU RNs to expand clinical experience and join an established healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current OH RN license or Compact license if eligible.
• 2+ years of recent PCU Progressive Care experience preferred.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the PCU Progressive Care unit.
• Create and update individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
