Job summary

TotalMed is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position in Wichita, Kansas. This role requires 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.

The assignment is for 13 weeks with 48 hours per week, on 12-hour night shifts. Responsibilities include providing bedside care to critical cardiac patients and performing necessary medical tasks. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience required.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift at least 20 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Change dressings and insert catheters.
• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medication.
