Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This 13-week assignment involves delivering high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and contributing to patient safety initiatives.

The RN will perform assessments, plan care, and participate in discharge preparation, ensuring optimal patient outcomes during the 13-week assignment with nights, 12-hour shifts, and minimum 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license and BLS/ACLS certifications required before first shift.
• Minimum of 2 years bedside clinical experience, Milwaukee, WI.
• PCU experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning.
• Supervise ancillary staff and maintain patient safety standards.
