Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Exeter, New Hampshire. The RN will provide care in a hospital PCU, performing ECGs, starting IVs, and managing central lines, with a focus on medically complex patients in a Level 3 trauma center.

The position requires NH or compact license, 2+ years of experience, and BLS certification; travel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid NH or compact nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• BSN degree preferred or equivalent
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Previous travel experience
• Ability to operate respiratory equipment (high flow systems or Bipap) and care for PCU/IMCU patients

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care in a hospital PCU setting.
• Perform and interpret ECGs; start IVs and manage central lines.
• Assist in bedside procedures and monitor patient conditions.
• Maintain patient safety and high-quality care in a Level 3 trauma center
