Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a 13-week assignment in Eureka, California. The PCU nurse will work 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week, in a progressive care unit guiding patient monitoring and care transitions.

Requirements include active RN license, accredited nursing program degree, BLS and ACLS, plus 18 months PCU/step-down experience. Travel stipends, housing options, weekly pay, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent PCU/Step-down experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients in PCU, including cardiac patients.
• Use monitoring equipment and respond to changes in patient status.
