Requires RN license, ADN/ASN, and 2 years of acute care experience, with BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required.
• Active RN license required.

• Experience supervising and delegating to licensed and unlicensed staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document patient responses to treatment.
• Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization and at discharge.
• Ensure safe, patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory and quality standards.
