MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel RN for a PCU assignment in Independence, Missouri. You will care for patients requiring close monitoring in a progressive care setting, with a 13-week assignment, 48 hours per week, and 12-hour night shifts.

Requirements include an active RN license, degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS & ACLS, and 18 months of recent PCU/step-down experience. Travel benefits and housing options are provided by MedPro.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS Certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting
• Other client facility requirements may apply

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients requiring close monitoring but not ICU.
• Use monitor equipment to track cardiac and vital signs and intervene as needed.

Education

Nursing degree from accredited program

BLS Certification

ACLS Certification

Eighteen months of Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience
