Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a PCU Registered Nurse in Saint Louis, MO. The nurse will deliver direct patient care in a high-acuity unit, monitor telemetry, and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements include two years of experience, ACLS/BLS certifications, and MO or compact licensure. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with a 4, 12-hour day schedule and 07:00–19:30 shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience nursing in PCU or step-down unit preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Active MO license or compact license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care to PCU patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain continuous telemetry and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, unit-based educators, and support staff.
