Job summary

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a PCU Registered Nurse in Winston Salem, NC. The assignment runs for 20 weeks with 3, 12-hour shifts (06:45 - 19:15) and starts 10/19/2026. Benefit of Epic charting and robust support from Aya’s recruiting team is included.

Experience in PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown and NC licensure (or compact) is required, with a strong emphasis on dysrhythmia interpretation, dysrhythmia management, and cardiac monitoring. Compensation is weekly and competitive.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown exposure preferred.
• Compact or NC license accepted in NC.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care on the PCU.
• Monitor and respond to patient status using telemetry.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to manage care.
