Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in New Bedford, Massachusetts. This PACU RN role provides post-surgical recovery care in a dynamic, high-acuity environment with an October 12, 2026 start date, a 13-week duration, and evenings shifts with on-call responsibilities.

The assignment requires 36 hours per week on evenings, with on‑call responsibilities and potential float.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.
• Minimum 2 years of PACU experience.
• Current and valid Nursing Licensure and Certification.
• Current and valid Nursys nursing license database record.
• Ability to start on 10/12/2026 and travel flexibility.
• No more than 5 days off requested during the contract period.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-surgical recovery care in a high-acuity setting.
• Perform focused patient assessments in PACU.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to coordinate care.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
