Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a 17-week assignment in Lumberton, North Carolina. The position covers 40 hours per week, dayshift (8 hours). Travel RN with active RN license and PACU experience is required.

Strong BLS/ACLS certs and accredited nursing degree are expected. Assignments include weekly pay, credentialing support, housing options, health benefits, and travel reimbursement through MedPro's network.

Qualifications

• Active RN License or eligibility to practice in North Carolina.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PACU setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for post-anesthesia patients recovering from anesthesia in PACU.
• Monitor and reassess patients as they awaken and are discharged or transferred.
