Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel assignment in Fort Worth, TX. The RN will care for patients recovering from anesthesia in PACU and coordinate transfers based on patient status.

Responsibilities include monitoring post-anesthesia patients, performing assessments, and ensuring safe recovery. Requires PACU experience, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications for a 13-week travel assignment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PACU.
• Additional client facility requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for postoperative patients recovering from anesthesia in PACU.
• Monitor and reassess patients as they wake and are discharged or transferred.
