Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an experienced Post-Anesthesia Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment. You will provide post-anesthesia care in a Level I Trauma and Stroke Certified facility, monitor vital signs, and ensure patient safety during recovery.

The role requires direct PACU experience, strong clinical assessment, and effective communication with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Proven experience in post-anesthesia or critical care nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Providing specialized patient care in the PACU setting.
• Monitoring patient recovery and responding promptly to changes.
• Documenting patient progress and coordinating with medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Providing post-anesthesia care to patients in a Level I Trauma and Stroke Certified facility.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort during recovery.
• Monitoring vital signs and managing patient needs post-surgery.
