Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a PACU RN for a 13‑week travel assignment in Roanoke, Virginia. This position requires experience in PACU, level II trauma, and travel nursing, with a 1:2 patient ratio and EPIC charting. Licensure in Virginia or a compact state is required at submission; ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications are mandatory.

Shifts are 12 hours, days, 3×12 per week, with rotating call and one holiday per contract. Orientation is 36 hours, and first-time travelers are not accepted.

Qualifications

• PACU experience required.
• Travel nursing experience required.
• Virginia or Compact RN license at submission required.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Experience caring for a 1:2 patient ratio required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PACU care in a high-acuity surgical/trauma environment.
• Maintain 1:2 patient ratio.
• Document patient data in EPIC.
