Job summary

Secure Nursing Service LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU for a travel assignment in Northridge, CA. You will provide post-anesthesia care in the PACU, monitor patient vitals, and collaborate with the surgical team on patient readiness for discharge.

This role requires 2 years of recovery/ICU experience and certifications ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Shift is 12 hours days; 36 hours/week; 13-week contract; first-time travelers welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recovery/ICU experience.

• First-time travel nurses accepted.

Responsibilities

• - Ratios: 2:1
• - EMR: Cerner-Surginet
• - Charge Nurse: Yes for each unit
• - Nurse Aides: PCA- able to draw blood and do EKGS
• - Weekend Requirement: Just call- rotational basis
