TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. This role offers a 14-week assignment with 12-hour day shifts and a 36-hour work week. Immediate opening with required BLS and 2 years of acute care experience.

As a PACU RN you will monitor post-anesthesia patients, coordinate care, and ensure safe transitions to next care steps. Travel RNs should be prepared to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment and handle patients

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• 2 years of acute care experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide observation and care for post-op patients as they recover from anesthesia.
• Monitor patients and report changes to the physician.
• Develop and adjust care plans based on patient condition.
• Ensure patients are moved to appropriate rooms as they recover.
• Assist with mobility and lifting as needed.
