MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel assignment in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The PACU RN will care for patients recovering from anesthesia on a 12-hour shift, 36 hours per week, for a 13-week assignment.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a nursing degree, BLS and ACLS, and has at least 18 months of recent PACU experience in an acute care setting.

Formación

• Active RN license required.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 18 months of recent PACU experience in acute care.
• Client facility may add requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) RN will care for patients recovering from anesthesia and monitor waking patients until discharge or transfer.
• Provide diligent care through monitoring, assessment, intervention, and continuous reassessment.
