MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel assignment in Lewisville, Texas. The PACU RN will provide specialized care to post-operative patients, monitor recovery from anesthesia, and determine discharge or transfer as needed.

Requirements include an active RN license, degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS and ACLS, and at least 18 months of Acute Care PACU experience. Travel benefits and housing support are included.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for post-operative patients in PACU recovering from anesthesia
• Monitor patients as they wake from anesthesia and determine discharge or transfer
• Administer diligent care via monitoring, assessment, intervention, and ongoing reassessment
