TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Bay City, Michigan. This PACU RN role is a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week on a 12-hour day shift, in a fast-paced post-anesthesia care unit.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification.
• 1-2 years recent acute care experience.
• RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Observe and care for post-anesthesia patients recovering from surgery.
• Monitor patients’ vitals and respond to changes as directed by physicians.
• Develop and adjust care plans based on patient condition and recovery progress.
• Determine when patients are ready to transfer from PACU to a standard room.
